We utilize the Murabaha principle, a transparent and ethical financing model that involves a cost-plus-profit arrangement with our ongoing construction activities. The Halal investment idea is structured in a manner that eliminates interest and promotes fair and equitable transactions.

Goodyear Village

Built in 1910, the Goodyear Tire Plant was the first outside USA. Soon afterwards, the downtown Village in Bowmanville was developed around the plant to house its workers.   • How can you provide a 9% return without fees?

    This is a direct investment, with our sister company, Lifelong Developments being the home builder and Lifelong Capital being the investment administrator. Lifelong Investments is the fund promoter.

  • Has the return rate changed in the past? Will it change going forward?

    Based on our historical performance, the fund has maintained a consistent 9% return since fund inception in 2018 as per our financial statement. The fund has not experienced any delinquencies or defaults and is structured to shield investors from market volatility as we enter our 7th year of consistent returns.

  • How safe is this investment?

    This is a low-risk investment opportunity as our Income Fund has maintained a 9% return since inception in 2018 and is secured by a strong Greater Toronto Area (GTA) real estate portfolio. There is currently a significant shortage of homes in the GTA real estate market, with all levels of local, provincial and federal governments having increased housing as a top priority.   • Can you provide information on the license and regulation of this investment offering?

    Lifelong Capital Corporation is a mortgage brokerage (license #12917) and mortgage administrator (license #12977) licensed with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario. Lifelong Developments Inc. is licensed as a registered building with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) with license # 62394.

  • What is the investment minimum?

    $25,000. This can come from new deposits from your bank account, or a transfer from existing investment accounts, or both.

  • Is this a guaranteed investment?

    No investment is guaranteed. Our investment is secured against real-estate development, which provides a low-risk alternative to volatile funds

  • How does this private market investment differ from public market investments?

    Private market investments are bound by a different set of rules and regulations as compared to the public markets. Our Income Fund provides a investors access to strong and consistent returns within the GTA real estate space.

  • Can I invest through registered accounts such as TFSA, RRSP, LIRA etc?

    Yes, eligible registered accounts include TFSA, RRSP, LIRA, RRIF, LIF, LRIF and more!

  • Can I invest through a corporation or through a non-registered account?

    Yes, shares can be held by corporations as well as personally held non-registered accounts.

  • What makes Lifelong Investments different from the rest?

    Lifelong Investments uses technology to cut out all investment or management expenses on its realty investments. 100% of your investment gets secured with real estate that drives returns.     The Income Fund has very low principal and return risk and offers flexibility with redemptions processed within 90 days and the option for monthly cash payments or compounded growth. The Fund is a great alternative to GICs, bonds or mutual funds. It’s very suitable for earning cash cheques through TFSA accounts, or projected long term earnings within registered plans such as RRSPs and RESPs.

    Yes and no. Lifelong Investments uses a third party licensed trust administrator that charges an annual fee. As a welcome bonus and part of our mission to have zero fees and expenses, Lifelong Investments covers the annual fees and one-time share purchase fee.

    As an investor you will never pay any fees associated with this investment.
