What is the investment minimum?
$25,000. This can come from new deposits from your bank account, or a transfer from existing investment accounts, or both.
How does this private market investment differ from public market investments?
Private market investments are bound by a different set of rules and regulations as compared to the public markets. Our Income Fund provides a investors access to strong and consistent returns within the real estate space.

The Income Fund has very low principal and return risk and offers flexibility with redemptions processed within 90 days and the option for monthly cash payments or compounded growth.
